Great experience! Our toilet was leaking & we realized it when we got our water bill. Blue Frog was easy to schedule online ( and had quick availability) & they were just as easy to deal with when I had to call to move the day/time up by two days. Our technician Shae arrived at the very beginning of the two-hour window. He was pleasant & professional (& quick!! ) He diagnosed & explained the problem within minutes and the repair was done in the same visit for a very reasonable price ( trip charge waived). Would most definitely use again!!

Professional and respectful! These folks do what they say and say what they mean. We had two sinks that weren’t draining well and they fixed them quickly without trying to act like our entire house needed to be repiped (like the plumbers who we called to quote the cost to install a new faucet in the kitchen). I’d have them back any time!
