May 15, 2026My tenants called me and let me know that "brown water" was bubbling up in the basement. That same day Bluefrog had a techie out there with a sewer scope. They had to do "cabling" to pull, er, stuff out, and then he contacted me and showed me what he found via an on-line portal. It was not good, the entire line from the house to the curb was about to collapse. Well, being about 100 years old, yes. It was made of cement. However, since they do not do trenching and sewer line replacement, they did discount the cost of the scope service. That was nice! These folks are great as far as I'm concerned. Prompt, courteous, and being able to see what the techie saw, priceless. It gave me a real good idea of the extent of work needed to be done. More so than any report. Yeah, give 'em a call. They're good.
