Overall A+ work from the Black Cat team! Their estimating and scheduling process is easy, I had great communication with Felipe who was knowledgeable about my plumbing questions, clear about setting my expectations for the team, prompt and professional. Duane & Dustin did the plumbing installs in my home (replacing the shower trim, installing a new utility sink, garbage disposal removal, replacing about 1/2 of the 1950’s home’s old galvanized piping with PEX). They were courteous in my home, easy to ask questions during the process, and made the exposed plumbing MUCH more organized and tidy than the previous installations. I personally work in the residential construction industry and the communication and workmanship is top-notch. They are a plumber we trust for our clients’ new homes and remodels, and I was pleased to experience their expected craftsmanship and courtesy when they were working in my personal living space.

These guys are great. I had an incredibly stubborn bathroom sink clog- I spent 3 weeks trying everything- Hair Away (bathroom specific Drain-o), I plunged the drain, took the p trap apart and put the hair away directly into the wall, tried the hand crank snake several times (even had a friend who is a career custodian come try it), toilet auger, and finally a shop vac, all no dice. I’d figured out there was a 90 degree angle in the pipe about 2’ down and my theory was my snakes just weren’t able to make it around that tight of a turn, and whatever was in there was too compacted for the poison to dissolve it. So I called Black Cat and spoke with Charlie who was absolutely wonderful. I told her the whole deal, she told me about their process, my biggest concern was if their technicians had tools that could make it around that 90 so I wouldn’t waste money having someone come out and run into the same problems I did. This lady actually CALLED the tech to make sure instead of giving me potentially false affirmations. Their drain tech is Jamie, she told me he was booked out all week (I called on a Tuesday) but he said he could squeeze me in the next morning before his first appointment! Jamie was on time, SO friendly, and I’ll be damned if he didn’t have that stupid clog out in 20 mins. I should have called them earlier! He even replaced my grungy old p trap and tightened up the stopper that was leaking. I can’t express what a delight both the people I interacted with were to work with. I hope to not have plumbing issues again but if I do, I will happily call Black Cat

Black hat fixed my shower cartridge and outdoor faucet. They were on time and did the work in about half of the time that was estimated to me on the phone.
