Ethan from Black Cat came to install my new sink and faucet. Because of the age of my house and pipes, there was issue after issue. What was supposed to be a quicker project turned into an all-day slog and then some. Ethan stuck with it, kept me informed all along the way, and barely took a minute's break. He worked with my old house's quirks, including accessing a not-so-easy crawl space. He was knowledgeable, patient, and positive. Ethan gave me honest advice without trying to gouge. I am definitely happy that I went with Black Cat.

The owner talked to me for probably 20 minutes over the phone about my problem. Didn’t push anything or try to sell me, just genuinely was interested in helping me solve my problem. This is one of those down-home type companies everyone’s always looking for.

Jordan did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet, as well as diagnosing a leak that we had. He was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home.

Black Cat plumbing was absolutely great. Our very old water heater sprung a leak. They were very quick to respond, very professional, thorough in explaining what the scope of work could involve, forthright about the pricing and time the project could take. They showed up on time and completed the project very efficiently. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Black hat fixed my shower cartridge and outdoor faucet. They were on time and did the work in about half of the time that was estimated to me on the phone.

These guys are great. I had an incredibly stubborn bathroom sink clog- I spent 3 weeks trying everything- Hair Away (bathroom specific Drain-o), I plunged the drain, took the p trap apart and put the hair away directly into the wall, tried the hand crank snake several times (even had a friend who is a career custodian come try it), toilet auger, and finally a shop vac, all no dice. I’d figured out there was a 90 degree angle in the pipe about 2’ down and my theory was my snakes just weren’t able to make it around that tight of a turn, and whatever was in there was too compacted for the poison to dissolve it.
