5/5 stars for Big Joe's Roofing! We recently had siding installed and our back porch roof rebuilt, on top of a new gutter system installed, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Pat came out quickly to assess the job, gave us a quote, and they were able to start the following week. The whole process was smooth and the end result was exactly what we were hoping for. We've been loving spending time out in the backyard — it makes such a difference having a fresh roof and new siding to look at! Highly recommend!

We called on a Sunday, and to our surprise, Big Joe personally came out on Memorial Day to inspect the problem. He provided an honest and affordable estimate and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. Despite weather-related challenges, the job was completed just five days later. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, maintained excellent communication throughout the project, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Big Joe’s Roofing did an amazing job on my roof last week. They put a completely new white rubber roof on and replaced my two old skylights with brand new ones. Got 3 different quotes and decided to go with Big Joe's because they were the most professional and efficient from the start. Asked if they could price match a lower quote I got from another company and they agreed. After signing the Agreement, Pat quickly called to schedule for the next morning. They had the job done same day, sent multiple pictures, and explained the whole process. I had a couple of questions and Pat thoroughly and professionally explained everything. As a woman, it was a breath of fresh air to not be talked down to and just be treated like a normal human 😭. I can see why they have 5 stars.

Wow not surprised they have a 5-star rating. I just got off the phone with Big Joe, he helped me figure out what's what with my roof. I really don't know anything about roofs (or is it rooves?) and he was incredibly helpful and kind in explaining the issues. Honestly really great guy. Thanks Joe!
