Got 3 different quotes and decided to go with Big Joe's because they were the most professional and efficient from the start. Asked if they could price match a lower quote I got from another company and they agreed. After signing the Agreement, Pat quickly called to schedule for the next morning. They had the job done same day, sent multiple pictures, and explained the whole process. I had a couple of questions and Pat thoroughly and professionally explained everything. As a woman, it was a breath of fresh air to not be talked down to and just be treated like a normal human 😭. I can see why they have 5 stars.

Talked to the guy on the phone. He said he’d have someone come and look at my roof while I was at work to give me a quote. He said to text the address. I did. I even sent pictures. Never got a response when I asked for an update. So disappointed because I really need the issue fixed asap.
