Best Choice Roofing

Best choice roofing did a great job. They answered all my questions clearly and kept me informed at every step of the way. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Once they started installing the roof they had it done in the same day! I couldn't be happier and haven't had any problem since the roof's been installed.

Best Choice Roofing did a complete roof replacement on my house. Even replaced the wood to get me up to code. They took the time to work with my insurance. Johnathan my sale person was always available to answer my questions. Got the whole roof replaced before the rainy season and winter.

Update: I am updating my review from 5 star to 4 due to a recent interaction that I had with Best Choice Roofing. In contrast to my first interaction with them (as explained below), this time there was a substantial delay from the day that I called them to request for a quote, to the day that job was completed (almost a month); which was a bit too long for the not-too-large gutter job that my property needed. That's the only reason I'm taking one star off. Other than that, their pricing was fair and reasonable (compared to their competitions) and also their crew took care of the gutter job professionally and efficiently on the day that they came to take care of it. Previous review for an older interaction: I can't express my satisfaction with Felipe and Best Choice Roofing company better than saying that I'll work with them again in my future projects. In my recent business with them, I had a very positive experience with them. They were experienced, efficient, and communicative about the process from A to Z.

Everything went well. It appears as though BCR has done a great job. I had a slight issue with the timeliness of the dumpster removal. Other than that everything seems to of went fine.

Had my roof and front gutters replaced by this company. Lots of water spilling over top instead of going down gutter. I have called at least 15 times but of course like most companies after the work is done and monies collected you get nothing. All I need is a few adjustments. They do a great job but you got nothing coming after, just something to know.

Had a contract with the company in may middle of June still no work or day still waiting on my money back

I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Best Choice Roofing of East Detroit. Despite paying a deposit in good faith, the company failed to replace my roof by the promised date. To make matters worse, they have blatantly refused to return my deposit and are attempting to extort additional money by making bogus claims of breach of contract. Their audacity reached a new level when they sent me an invoice for $750 for a tarp service. This charge is completely unjustified, as the issue reported was a leak in the dining room, yet they placed the tarp over the front enclosed porch—a completely unrelated area. This entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Best Choice Roofing of East Detroit to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and ethical roofing services. Avoid them at all costs!
