Best Choice Roofing

Best Choice Roofing did a complete roof replacement on my house. Even replaced the wood to get me up to code. They took the time to work with my insurance. Johnathan my sale person was always available to answer my questions. Got the whole roof replaced before the rainy season and winter.

I am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Best Choice Roofing of East Detroit. Despite paying a deposit in good faith, the company failed to replace my roof by the promised date. To make matters worse, they have blatantly refused to return my deposit and are attempting to extort additional money by making bogus claims of breach of contract. Their audacity reached a new level when they sent me an invoice for $750 for a tarp service. This charge is completely unjustified, as the issue reported was a leak in the dining room, yet they placed the tarp over the front enclosed porch—a completely unrelated area. Best choice roofing did a great job. They answered all my questions clearly and kept me informed at every step of the way. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Once they started installing the roof they had it done in the same day! I couldn't be happier and haven't had any problem since the roof's been installed.

The guys were great thru the entire process. New roof real nice. Very satisfied..
