Arrow Fence of Ohio

Arrow built a custom designed fence for my chicken pasture, attached to and wrapped around my coop and enclosed run. Two gates and several sections of heavy-gauge cow fencing, varying heits. The work and craftsmanship are top-notch. If you want your fence done correctly, I highly recommend Arrow and Ben.

If you find yourself in need of any fence project, Arrow Fence of Ohio needs to be your first call. Several weeks ago, a couple of high school students celebrated their graduation by racing through the streets of our parents' neighborhood. The two cars collided and ran straight through the front yard chain link fence. Luckily, the fence stopped them from ending up in the house. I reached out to Arrow Fence of Ohio and they sent someone out that same day to assess the damage. The assessor was professional and polite as he walked me through everything. A day later I had the report along with the cost estimate which was much lower than I had assumed it would be. I contacted Megan in Arrow's office and explained the somewhat unique situation in that one of the parent's insurance company would be covering the cost of the damage. She walked me through everything and assured me that everything would work smoothly and was she ever correct! The personal touch I received was far above what I would have ever expected! On the day the work was started, Bruce and Tony arrived and got straight to work. They were two of the nicest guys you would ever meet and as we were chatting for a couple of minutes, one of them mentioned that they had put up a fence behind the house for a neighbor and how nice the woman who lived in the house where they were currently installing the new fence was. They shared with me that the woman brought them out fresh baked cookies and lemonade throughout the day and wondered if I knew her. I told them that it was my mother and they were saddened to hear when I told them she passed last year. This is the kind of personal touch you can expect with Arrow Fence of Ohio. This is also the kind of business acumen that I look for in a business which also makes it easy for me to recommend. Ben, the owner, really listens to what you need and works very hard to provide that in his service and craftsmanship. He personally will work with you if you have any questions, or want to make changes. Megan, who works in the office, returns calls very quickly and notifies Ben if he is needed on a job or to call the customer. I an very happy with my fence and believe it will last a long time.

From start to finish Arrow Fence made this such an easy process! They were communicative, helpful, and answered all of our questions! We are so happy with the way the fence turned out and would definitely recommend Arrow Fence to anyone looking to add a fence to their home!

Ben came and gave us a quote. He was honest, encouraged us to get other quotes and gave me the feeling of honesty. He didn’t disappoint. The job was started and finished when he and Megan promised. Not to mention it was installed in extremely cold temps. Did an amazing job on our gate and promised they would be back when the temps warmed up to fill in the dirt. They did just that!
