Perfect job. Got ourselves a front yard fence and a new back yard fence. Back yard now feels so much more private thanks to arrow fence. They got the work done in the time estimated and was able to clear up some misunderstandings. I tend to be very detailed with my questions when hiring contractors and they sure did deliver on all my asks. I highly recommend. Crew was awesome, communication with Megan and Ben was friendly and open. Thanks so much for all the work.

Arrow Fence of Ohio is AMAZING! I wanted to install a custom slip fence, and I had trouble finding contractors who would quote the whole job or even the labor. Arrow Fence came in competitive on pricing for the labor. Since I had to source materials, work through permitting, and plan around utilities, Ben was very helpful and responsive to work with, and made the process easy. He even bought back the extra cement that couldn't be returned, which was really helpful. The crew that they sent worked diligently and were able to install even through the cold of January. The final product looks better than I had imagined. Really a great company to work with.

Arrow Fence of Ohio was fast, professional, and easy to work with. I recently had my old fence removed and installed a new one. I had no issues working with them and would highly recommend them.

I have been looking to get a fence for a very long time. Arrow Fence was different from our initially engagement. Ben listened to my thoughts and ideas and was able to make great recommendations that fit my needs. The Arrow Fence team are very nice, kept me well informed, and helped work through an unusual permit issue we ran into. The end result is just beautiful. I am incredibly happy with my new custom fence. Thank You Arrow Fence for the amazing work and time to complete my fence just before the cold weather set in.

This rating reflects my experience based specifically on the work that was completed. I had partial fence posts repaired/fixed, and while the quality of the completed work was acceptable, I was charged additional fees for items that were not identified during the initial assessment. Clear communication upfront about all potential costs would have made for a much better overall experience.

On Tuesday 4/21, received this companies information off of Angi in order to get a quote for a new fence. The following is the text conversation that I had with the company. 4/21 4:58pm - (Arrow) Hi James, This is Megan from Arrow Fence of Ohio. Thank you for reaching out to us on Angi's for a fence estimate. When is a good time for us to come out and give you a free estimate? 4/21 4:59pm - (Me) I work from home this Thursday and Friday so anytime on those days would be great. No response 4/22 11:11am - (Me) Does that work? No response 4/23 2:07pm - (Arrow) We are pretty booked the next couple days. Are you available tomorrow (Friday) at all? 4/23 2:57pm - (Me) I am, yes. No Response Today 10:25am - (Me) Is there a particular time you'll be coming out today? Today 10:28am - (Arrow) I think it would be best for something next week. Would that be okay? Today 10:29am - (Me) You advised today. If you can't make it out then I'll just go with a different company. Thanks. If these are the types of hoops you have to jump through just to get a quote, I can only imagine what it's going to be like to get the work done.
