Excellent work, On time, Very nice, Knowledgeable & he fixed it the same day. Jose did a wonderful job fixing my dryer (even after my fiancé tried to do it himself & only made things worse 🤦🏻‍♀️) Highly recommended. Thank You Jose

Jose at Appliance Tech was highly recommended to us by Traci for our washer repair. Jose was very thorough explained the problem and price. When he returned with the part and repaired the washer, his knowledge and quick fix was impeccable. His estimate was on point too. His friendly and respectful demeanor was a plus. Good Job!

I have known Appliance Tech Team since 2016. They have been my go to for anything to do with my washer or dryer. Their expertise and experience has led to successful outcomes everytime that I have needed them. I have had a few different machines through the years, but it doesn’t matter for them. They know exactly what to do when the situation arises. I have new machines and my parents have old machines. No matter, Appliance Tech Team can handle any situation. Whether it’s new or old, they can help. As a 9 year customer, I will say with confidence that I have never been let down by the level of support or quality of service throughout several properties and appliances. Appliance Tech Team is my only choice.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It has been three weeks, and Jose, the technician, has yet to follow up after diagnosing my stove and providing a total price to fix the burner valve. I have called multiple times to check if he was able to find the necessary part in stock, but he repeatedly told me it was unavailable. Since I needed my stove fixed as soon as possible, I took it upon myself to search for the part and found one in stock. I reached out to Jose via call and text, sending him the link to verify if it was from a legitimate store, but I never received a response. At this point, it is clear that they are not genuinely interested in helping me. The lack of communication, courtesy, and professionalism is completely unacceptable. This experience has made me feel like nothing more than a payment rather than a valued customer.
