Great work, & done fast.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It has been three weeks, and Jose, the technician, has yet to follow up after diagnosing my stove and providing a total price to fix the burner valve. I have called multiple times to check if he was able to find the necessary part in stock, but he repeatedly told me it was unavailable. Since I needed my stove fixed as soon as possible, I took it upon myself to search for the part and found one in stock. I have known Appliance Tech Team since 2016. They have been my go to for anything to do with my washer or dryer. Their expertise and experience has led to successful outcomes everytime that I have needed them. I have had a few different machines through the years, but it doesn’t matter for them. Jose at Appliance Tech was highly recommended to us by Traci for our washer repair. Jose was very thorough explained the problem and price. When he returned with the part and repaired the washer, his knowledge and quick fix was impeccable. His estimate was on point too. His friendly and respectful demeanor was a plus. Good Job!
