The Appliances Giant appointment on January 10th could not have gone better. My stacked washer/dryer is in a very small space and Denis was very creative in figuring out how to best reach the back of the machine. Not only is he a very knowledgeable and accomplished worker, but he also has excellent people skills. I appreciated his texts letting me know exactly when he would be arriving. Now my dryer is working again and, if I have ANY repair work in the years ahead, I will definitely call Appliances Giant! J. White
