Technician very experienced. Located problem right away. Polite and professional.
The mechanic was very efficient and knowledgeable and friendly, however he had to change the arrival time twice, I basically was staying home from 12pm to 1/4 to 6. He then fixed the problem in1/2 hr, for which I am thankful and grateful. Thank you Ivan!
Great service but charged a over $6 fee for credit card use without telling us prior.
Sean was on time and got the stove igniter replaced timely. I wish the customer service rep, who took the call & set the appointment, had more knowledge of service charge for each repair. Since we have inexpensive appliances, we could have made better decisions by knowing repair charges.
Told it would cost 300 to fix washer by one repairmen. Paid 150 for site visit and was told it would cost 875 to fix. Bought new washer. Wouldn’t trust them.
They were suppose to call and discuss the repairs needed because it is a rental and still no call from the service guy. They are quick to post invoice and demand payment. I am the landlord and never heard from the tech at the service call. I did not get an invoice or repair statement until 2 days later as to what was wrong and that was prompted by a call from your office to pay. If you say on the phone that the tech will call you onsite and might be able to repair at time of service call they need to be in contact with the owner. Your service call number should not be in charge of the repairs.
