WOW. I called Alexander on New Year's Day (as in today) with a dishwasher that was filing up with water while off and leaving soap stains behind. I wasn't sure if it was a plumbing or dishwasher issue (or both) and was so relieved to be able to speak to someone right away. Not only did he give me honest advice on the best next steps, but was able to suggest a nearby mom and pop appliance shop I could go to when I am ready to replace my dishwasher. In the meantime, he patiently explained to me what was going on and what I could do as the next best steps for my situation. Much appreciated especially on a holiday!

Alex was extremely professional and efficient, and got my oven back up and running for a reasonable price in record time. All the large commercial companies I looked into were absurdly overpriced and slow, not to mention shower the usual callousness and lack of respect for the customer. We have an old Maytag washer-dryer unit that we want to keep in operation as long as possible Alexander understands our reasons for wanting a mechanical washer and has kept the Maytag repaired and in great condition. The bake function of my oven wasn't working, so I called Alex at Appliance Repair LA at 10am and he arrived by 1:30pm the same day, masked and gloved. He diagnosed the problem immediately (ignitor) and had several different replacements on the truck to make sure the job could be completed on the spot. Told me what the parts and labor would cost up front, so there were no surprises. Thirty minutes later the job was done. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgable service. Highly recommended.

Alex is phenomenal. We were dealing with a tricky Thermador oven that required multiple parts to be ordered and multiple visits. Alex was always responsive and kind and clear with his communication. Best service ever. He explained what was happening, what the plans were, and then followed through with those plans. While the process of repairs took a while it had nothing to with appliance repair LA. HIGHLY recommend!!

So I had an issue with my oven not heating. Wife is freaking out because she had plans to bake all weekend for her business. I didn’t know if we could get someone out the same day on a Friday. Checked online and called around to see if someone can come out but got a lot of NOs. And they said we can come out next week. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Honestly I was starting to lose hope until I found Appliance Repair LA. I called and Alex who I spoke with was super nice. He literally listened to my issue I was having and how urgent it was. He got all my information and was able to send a Tech out THAT SAME DAY. Tech was pleasant and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Luckily it was just the igniter so the tech had part on hand. Fixed our oven and my wife I was super happy. Thank God! Happy wife, happy life. Again thank you Appliance Repair LA you guys saved us!!!
