My technician Chaz was just a total gem. Found the issue, proposed multiple solutions at different price points and gave me insights into details about my plumbing pipes and systems that will be valuable for future work. Got an appointment very quickly and the price was extremely reasonable. This is a female-owned, NON-PE BACKED (so important) family run business. I will be using All About the Pipes for all my future plumbing needs.

I was referred to this company by my neighbor who said they did a good job for her. I called and the nicest woman answered the phone. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and even told me that I probably did not have a plumbing issue, but an appliance issue. Who does that in this day and age? She even recommended her personal contractor for my flooring issues! I truly appreciate her candor and honesty. She is DEFINITELY the person I would call if I had any issues. Someone you can trust is priceless. What a gem to have in Charlotte!

All About The Pipes is simply the best. They have helped us with many issues from toilet repair to hot water heaters and we have always been happy with the service. They are on time; the quality of the work is good; and the price has always been fair. The communication is also very good and they will take time to explain the exact issue in detail to make sure you understand the scope of the project. ....Just a great company!! My 99 year old home had virtually no water pressure or hot water due to sediment-filled galvanized pipes and hot water supply lines running in every direction under the house. Trickles of water from the faucets and cold showers were the norm, yet repiping the entire house is a huge project. I compiled an initial contact list of 11 plumbers, all from friends, colleagues and neighbors. All About The Pipes was a neighbor's referral. The inspection was very thorough and the quote followed promptly. Pricing was fantastic and more than fair. Communication is person-to-person. All phone calls were answered and all email received. AATP exceeded my expectations in every way! Honestly, I cannot say enough about this small, local company! Mary, Alex, Noah and Jason are knowledgeable, process oriented - seeking to find the root of the problem and solve it rather than using workarounds or swapping parts as a shortcut. Additionally, my home has a crawl space that gets very narrow towards the back of the house. They dealt with that inconvenience without complaint. Alex even crawled to the back of the house during the initial inspection. There were no delays or surprises. Fantastic communication from the first call to the final payment. My home was left in good order, I was never inconvenienced in any way during the course of the project. All plumbers were very aware and respectful of my cats - always making sure the doors were closed and latched. Good folks! The trickles of water and cold showers are in the past. Everything works well - better than ever. It is crucial we support our small and local companies rather than the giants with hundreds of employees who seem bound more to their metrics and pushing upsells than developing a real loyalty with a customer built on great work and communication. We had a very stressful situation where I exhausted every DIY option I could with no success. I really didn't want to call a plumber because my last estimate (from one of the big companies in town) was shocking. But alas we had to do something. All about the pipes came recommended on reddit and I gave them a call. When Mary answered the phone she didn't make my stress disappear, BUT she shared the stress with me. She asked very thoughtful questions and made me feel like someone was looking out for our family. She sent Jason over and he was extremely professional and informative. He did what he could but let us know our 80yr old plumbing infrastructure was on its last leg. We asked him for an estimate to do a considerable task. And when we received the figures we were pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. So much so we added a few other tasks to the service. On the actual day of the work Jason and Noah arrived and worked as a team to not only get the job done, but also in a timely manner and no mess left behind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All about the pipes! Plumbing problems are no fun and we customers can be in a very vulnerable position bc I have no idea why the big boys would be exponentially more expensive than what All about the pipes charged. Great company. I had an exterior leak and called numerous plumbers to get some help. Nothing But The Pipes was BY FAR the most thorough in terms of talking through what they thought was happening and what their plan was to address the leak. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed of what they were finding, and even tried to save the plants they had to dig up. Very fair pricing as well. Highly recommend this company.

High-quality Installation went very well. Replaced a 12-year-old leaking gas water heater with a new Bradford White brand 50 gallon. Very happy with the results..Mary, the owner, is phenomenal, and Alex and Noah, the installers, are fantastic. Update March 2024: My faucet sink broke and water was going all over the place, so I called Mary, the owner, and she sent Noah to take out the old faucet and put in a new one I purchased. To my great dismay, the new one didn’t fit in the space properly. It is the only one currently available that even comes close to fitting in the very small tight space I have. I thought I wouldn’t be able to find any faucet to fit . I happened to have some packaged replacement parts to the broken faucet that I purchased when I first got my old faucet over 10 years ago, but didn’t think they would resolve the current issue. However, Noah saw that they would and got my broken faucet working again! There is nothing wrong with the exterior/appearance of my old faucet. It was just leaking from the inside. All About The Pipes saved the day! Incredible knowledge- Noah knew that my faucet was too old to have a cartridge and that the parts I had would actually resolve the issue! I am so grateful to this company! !!!Update Feb. 2025- I had an urgent plumbing issue, Plumber Chris arrived quickly and got everything in working order!! The cost to replace a kitchen sink and faucet was nearly $800 ( hourly labor rate was $225). There was nothing challenging or especially unique about the job. They did have to disconnect/reconnect a reverse osmosis filter system (simple connections). The sink was a simple drop-in. It took two workers 3hrs. So I was quite surprised w. the bill. Seems extremely high for the service performed.!!!!
