When I contacted the owner, Mary, she was incredibly condescending. The contractor that hired her for job had to corroborate my claim to which she still didn’t acknowledge. The contractor eventually brought in another plumber, who successfully fixed the real problems, proving this company’s diagnosis of several issues was entirely wrong. Despite this, Mary responded back in writing that she stood by her team’s original recommendations. She even refused in good faith to compensate the $250 I wasted on an unnecessary tub filler. At the very least, this company exhibits terrible customer service. I advise avoiding this company. Yes they will handle straightforward jobs that require minimal effort. But if you want a business owner who prioritizes a job well done coupled with customer satisfaction over personal pride, you will be disappointed here.
