The folks at Alaska Macstore were awesome. Thankfully I had the AppleCare and my supposed “waterproof” iPhone went for a swim and I got the full green screen on my phone. Took it in and they had it back and running in a couple of hours. Overall fantastic experience!!

Great service! I really appreciate being able to get AppleCare service for my iPhone without having to go downtown to Apple. The Alaska MacStore has provided excellent service for my Apple devices for many years.

These people were great to work with. They fixed my laptop quickly, and I found their service to be well within my budget. 10/10 would use their services again.

Ok service, AppleCare made my visit simple process but the overall customer service felt like half-hearted compared to real Apple Stores. I said “thanks and have a good day” and the lady didn’t say a word like she wants me gone already when it didn’t even take a minute for my pickup. Apology accepted.
