Update: It’s been 1.5 years since I had my fence installed and had the terrible experience with the installation. Well, the gate on my fence broke off. The welding just broke off. Terrible quality. Please stay away from this company. I called them 1 week ago to let them know about it and ask if they could fix it, they said they would get back to me the same day. Its been a week and I havent heard from them. Terrible company, service and quality. I would give them 0 stars if that was possible.
I would stay away from this company. They really let me down with the timeline of my project (3 week delay) and the owner was rude and unprofessional. I contacted them a month and a half before I wanted my project done because it was really important for me to get it done by a set date. I met with Sonny, the project manager, who assured me it would get done on time. The date came and they did start working on my fence but they were not able to finish it because the material was not available on any store in San Antonio. I came to find out that they went to buy my material the morning of the project which just sounds insane to me. According to them, “they are always in stock at Home Depot”. Well guess what, they weren’t in stock anywhere in San Antonio, so my project got delayed for a week. To this day, I still can’t believe they went to buy the material the morning of installation. Any serious company would make sure they have the material needed prior to the date of project install, especially when the project has been planned for over a month. They came back a week later to finish it and it turns out they had ordered the wrong amount of material so they had to order more in order to finish it. That was another week of delay. I called the company and asked to speak to the owner, Mariano, to explain the situation to him and I was very surprised at his reaction. Instead of being understanding and apologetic of the situation, he actually had the audacity to confront me and call me a liar. If I can give him some advice, you don’t lose a customer by making a mistake, you lose a customer by the way you handle the situation. You handled it terribly. I gave them 2 stars because the contractor they sent to build my fence and gates was actually nice and he did a decent job, he also seemed frustrated with the situation. Neither Sonny or Mariano showed up to check on the project after it was completed.
