No complains there, but Almao Decks and Fence is refusing to complete the work as per contact (April 3rd, 2025) and key terms mutually agreed upon during in-person meeting held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, Alamo Fence’s San Antonio office. update (July 5th, 2025) Thank you for your reply, Mariano. To clarify: this issue is not limited to gate picket sizing. It’s about honoring the two clear options we mutually discussed and agreed to during our in-person meeting on May 6th, 2025, at your office. I continue to stand by those terms, which you proposed and I accepted in good faith. Your attempt to walk them back after project delays and incomplete work is unacceptable. This experience has been deeply frustrating. I have since engaged the BBB (Complaint ID 23506200) and will pursue legal action if necessary. I advise any future customers to document everything, in writing, and proceed with caution.
