Great experience from start to finish. They were very prompt on responding to my bid request, and the price was very fair. The product they installed was good quality. They started early in the morning and finished up the whole job in one day. Excellent in cleanup and follow-up. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I had a persistent leak around a skylight that kept returning after previous repairs from others. They removed the old sealing completely and inspected underneath instead of layering new material over it. That revealed hidden gaps in the surrounding frame. The repair took most of the day but was done carefully. I did notice a bit of confusion in scheduling the initial visit, but once they arrived, everything was handled professionally. Since the fix, even heavy rain hasn’t caused any dripping or moisture buildup around that area.

We’ve had A Better Roofing do our roofing 3 times (2 on our home and 1 on our rental) and each time they did a great job. We’ve had minor problems a couple of times and recently we found a broken truss since our last roof 7 years ago and Alex was happy to come out and fix that for us at no charge. We’ve found their staff to be competent, thoughtful, and always willing to help with even minor problems. If we need another roof, they will definitely get our business again. Thanks ABR!!

I cannot rave enough about my experience with this company. I will recommend them to anyone who needs any roof work. A different company had come out before them to give a quote and it was a nightmare. It was hours of dealing with someone trying to high pressure sell me a shockingly overpriced and very vague bid while he crawled all over the house taking pictures and measurements and making it seem like my house was a lost cause if I don't sign for them to start work the next morning. It was so unnecessary and stressful. A Better Roofing came, talked to me and took measurements from the ground for about 20 minutes then quickly sent a detailed quote and information about material choices. We ended up needing a complete replacement on both our shop and house. They were able to get me scheduled not long after and did an amazing job. The price was good and the work was excellent. Their crew was incredible to watch with how fast and efficient they were. They were careful to protect things like landscaping and our A/C unit, caught debris in tarps and did a detailed sweep and cleanup after. Needing an unanticipated new roof is never ideal but this company made an already unpleasant and stressful situation so much more manageable and calm. I appreciate them so much.

Excellent experiences with Alan, Christian, and Alex when I got my roof replaced in 2024 (job included removing many layers of old roofing, tricky skylights, sun tunnels, steep pitch). The crew worked quickly to minimize disruption and the roof looked amazing, and I’ve had no issues! Communication and coordination with other contractors was top notch. Alex came to the rescue again this month (February 2026) as insulators were working in the attic and requested changes. Great communication, reliable, honest, fair bid from the beginning and they stand by their work.
