A Better Roofing Company

Second roof, replacing one 25 years old installed by same company (still problem free, just older). Took the crew just one day to tear off and replace. Impecable clean up. Still very competitive bidder for the job. I rarely write recommendations for service providers. Only when I can recommend without reservations - Better Roofing is one of these companies. Absolutely a no brainer to go with them!

The company was prompt, thorough, clean, and performed precise, high-quality work. The office staff, crew, and the site supervisor showed professionalism and a focus on details. The finished product exceeded our expectations, the price was very reasonable (high value for the quoted price), and the crew left the Job site spotless

Five stars as I was very pleased with ABRC. Estimate was comprehensive and fair and scheduling was flexible (SCL had to move a powerline first). The crew arrived 8am and prepped with plastic all around the house, including plywood tipis over my veggie garden. High roof with 25' ladders. Removal of old shingles, flashing, underlayment done by mid-afternoon and mostly replaced by 6:30 when they knocked off. Done and all cleaned up by 9:30 the next morning. The work looks great. Alex came buy a few days later for final inspection, took pictures of the roof for me and removed the old 20' powerline mast from my wall while he was here. Above and beyond. Alex, Christian and their crew were a pleasure to work with!

They quickly finished our roof in one day. The whole process was smooth and efficiently done. We had a great experience.

Use a Better Roofing Company — But Avoid CertainTeed Asphalt Shingles If You Can. A Better Roofing Co. is an excellent company to work with. Their communication was clear, the staff was professional and friendly, and the workmanship was top-notch. Cleanup was thorough and exceeded my expectations. However, I strongly advise against using CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles. Since installation, my bedroom and bathroom has had a persistent asphalt odor during the warmer months — especially bad over the first two summers. It’s frustrating to deal with such a strong chemical smell in a newly roofed home. Bottom line: I highly recommend A Better Roofing Co., but if you have a choice in materials, look for an alternative to CertainTeed’s asphalt products.
