A1 Appliance was a full service stop during my renovation. With construction there are always some hiccups but the installation team was very accommodating. The service department is also responsive and easy to deal with. At the end of the day? A1 Appliance came through and helped me get the kitchen of my dreams.

Great company to deal with and absolute top notch customer service. Erica was great to deal with and went above and beyond our expectations after a small issue with a vent hood. The installers even put our microwave trim kit on for free while they were there. Thank you again and look forward to dealing with you in the future. -David and Brooke EDIT 7-16-25 Still going with 5 stars based on customer service alone, but the vent hood motor lasted 3 years and the Beko refrigerator doors are literally falling apart. I’m not sure what brand the hood is but I wouldn’t recommend the Beko brand. EDIT-1-19-26. The beko fridge, beko stove, and range hood we purchased in 2020 all lasted less than 6 years. The range hood lasted 3 years and we had trouble with the refrigerator almost immediately. That, and some issues I’ve had with their repair services has lead me to drop it to a 3 star review. I feel like the Beko brand was pushed on us. Ironically, the refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven that we bought for the basement kitchen a year earlier from Lowes has worked perfectly with no issues. I can’t say I’d recommend to a friend.

Strange experience. I scheduled an appointment to look at appliances for our kitchen remodel. I spent 1.5 hours at their showroom looking at options and listening to a salesrep tell me all about their brands and their award-winning customer service (he mentioned that 3 times) only to never receive the quote I was promised. I emailed twice to remind him, and he said twice that he would send it to me, but he just never followed through. I intended to buy two ovens, an induction cooktop, and a downdraft vent from this store. Needless to say, I’m not impressed with their “award winning customer service”. I bought all my appliances from a competitor.

We visited the showroom several times and initially worked with Jake, who provided a quote. However, after that point, we had multiple follow-up questions and did not receive responses to our emails. We were also interested in adding appliances, had questions about options, and were never informed of or offered the Sub-Zero rebates advertised on the website. Ultimately, we moved forward with Cenwood, where we received thorough service, clear answers to our questions, consistent follow-up, and applicable rebates. This was disappointing, as your showroom is beautiful and we had hoped to continue working with your team.

I bought a Jenn Air dishwasher from A1, primarily because of the peace of mind of purchasing from a company that also serviced its appliances. Sale and installation went smoothly. Fast forward 11 months. The dishwasher quit working. Set up a service call. During the call, the technician pulled the dishwasher out to find the problem and water gushed out, pouring into the basement bedroom underneath causing damage to the ceiling and light fixtures. Now, 2 months later, the manufacturer takes no responsibility-says it was an installation issue. A1 is not raking responsibility—they say it is a faulty issue with the manufacturer. Little consumer me is left with the bill to repair ceiling and light fixture. A! Service manager offered to “get back to me” 4 weeks ago., My last email to him went unanswered. Never thought I would say this, go to a Big Box Store to get your appliances.

Absolutely horrible experience at this company. I paid for a refrigerator at this company in November, 2022. I was told it would not be available until July, 2023 but I had to pay for it in full for over $14,000. Since the purchase they have delayed the delivery date twice and now the expected delivery date is not until November, 2023 which is the same delay as whenn I purchased last year.. The salesperson was a total jerk when I complained. Never when I ordered was I advised that the company was now unreliable and I might not see it delivered until after the second coming. Avoid this company at all costs. Pro tip: avoid the salesperson Tom Berry.
