We had a brand new dishwasher go out at our new office. Darin came out and diagnosed the issue, ordered parts under warranty, and repaired the dishwasher. I will never go anywhere else for appliances. Not only do they have the most competitive pricing in the area, they have in-house installation and service crews, not a third party. When the panel on my built-in freezer didn't fit perfectly because of a manufacturing defect, they promptly replaced the freezer front without question, came back out, and fixed the issue. Daniel on the install team went way above and beyond - even to the point of going to the hardware store to get a screw that I was missing - to get me taken care of that same day even though it was something that should have been on me. Absolutely horrible experience at this company. I paid for a refrigerator at this company in November, 2022. I was told it would not be available until July, 2023 but I had to pay for it in full for over $14,000. Since the purchase they have delayed the delivery date twice and now the expected delivery date is not until November, 2023 which is the same delay as whenn I purchased last year.. The salesperson was a total jerk when I complained. Never when I ordered was I advised that the company was now unreliable and I might not see it delivered until after the second coming. Office people are nice and informed me earlier delivery available. Technicians set up new washer perfectly in a short time. Explained how to use the machine. I would call them again when I need appliances.

Customer service couldn't have been better. They had to try several times over a several weeks to isolate the difficult problem with our refrigerator. They stand by their guarantee of service for 90 days.
