I'm curious, how many of you got paid to write a review for this company??

We had a freezer issue, I called 911 HVAC based on Google’s recommendation. Paul came out, after checking the freezer for less than a minute, he said this is a gasket problem; I was skeptical, because the fridge is only two years old, i asked him could it be that the door need calibration or something else, but he assured me that it is the gasket issue 100%; he mentioned it’s Friday and so they will order the gasket and he will come on Monday afternoon, or latest on Tuesday morning to fix it, and he charged my credit card for 400+ dollar and left. Paul didn’t show up on Monday. By Tuesday everything in the freezer has gone bad, so I had to throw a lot of food away, still Paul didn’t show up, and didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know that the part was delayed. Wednesday morning i called and they informed me that the part is going to arrive in the afternoon and they can com out on Thursday. Disappointed about this interaction i decided to take a closer look in the freezer now that it was empty and realized the reason that the door didn’t close properly was to a piece of ice that was formed at the back of the freezer surface not letting the basket fully go inside. By removing the piece of Ice the gasket would seal agin, and the freezer didn’t need any repair. Had Paul spent more time looking into the problem, I wouldn’t have to go through all this pain.

My dishwasher was not working. Technician named Alex showed up. My dishwasher motherboard has problems because the dishwasher did not turn on in the past. I told him there is something wrong with the motherboard but all he said was the door does not close so we need to fix the door. He did not make an effort to open to check what was wrong.
