In the middle of shelter in place, our fridge died. 911 answered my call request very quickly and had someone at my house the same day- at around 4:30 pm. The tech was very clean and polite and went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem, quoted me the price and went to get the patk. Unfortunately, after opening the fridge more, he found another problem which wasn't so easy to fix and gave me all the information.
