RepairHit Review Policy

Readable on mobile Applies to public review pages Designed for trust and fairness
01

Account required

Only a signed-in RepairHit user account can post a review. Guest visitors can read public reviews, but they cannot submit, edit, or delete a review without an account.

02

One review per business per account

Each signed-in user account can keep one review for one business profile at a time. If the user has already reviewed that business, the same review is updated instead of creating an additional public review.

03

Editing and deleting your review

Users can edit or delete their own review later from the user side. Editing changes the existing review. Deleting removes that user's public review from the business review page.

04

Public display and identity

Reviews are public on RepairHit. Public review pages may show the reviewer's first name, last initial, profile photo if available, rating, review title, review text, and the date posted or updated.

05

Owner replies

Business owners may reply to public reviews. Owner replies stay visible under the original review so readers can see both the customer feedback and the business response in context.

06

Moderation and removal

RepairHit may review, hide, restrict, or remove reviews or replies that appear fraudulent, abusive, off-topic, duplicated, misleading, or otherwise against platform rules. Reported reviews may also be reviewed by admin moderators.

07

Fair use expectations

Reviews should reflect a real experience with the listed business. Do not use reviews to impersonate someone else, promote unrelated services, publish threats, post repeated spam, or try to manipulate a business rating unfairly.
