RepairHit platform rights

RepairHit owns or licenses the platform interface, layout, code, brand presentation, design system, original text, and other protected platform materials except where third-party rights clearly apply.

User-submitted content

Users and businesses keep rights to content they lawfully submit, but they grant RepairHit a license to host, display, format, reproduce, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, and improve the service.

Unauthorized use

Unauthorized copying, scraping beyond permitted use, mass extraction, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of RepairHit platform materials is prohibited.
