Do not hesitate to do business with Phil and Carol! Both are pleasant, personable and a pleasure to do business with! My dog chewed my wool, oriental type rug. Phil expertly repaired and cleaned it! He,also, replaced the fringe…it looks like new! We traveled from Long Island and it was well worth the time driving there!
Amazing work - so glad we found them! We took a bit of a gamble and bought a really nice rug off Facebook Marketplace that had a bad stain on it. The price was too good to pass up, so we figured we’d buy it and see if anyone could actually get the stain out. Wasn’t sure it was even possible. These guys were awesome. Super professional and friendly, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. They really worked hard on that tough stain and actually got it out completely. Now we have this beautiful clean rug in our living room. The whole experience was great - they clearly care about their work and their customers. Can’t recommend them enough. If you need your rugs cleaned, definitely go with Ziegler Preservation Cleaning Specialists!

Phil Ziegler and his company could not be more polite and professional. We had an old dull and dingy slate floor in our kitchen. No matter how often we mopped, it was impossible to keep it clean. Ziegler stripped it, resealed it and brought it back to life. It looks like a new floor. It has a nice protective coat. It still has great character without being too shiny. And it's so much easier to clean. Thank you so much for a fantastic job at a very fair price! Before and after photos attached.
