Amazing guys. They took my laptop in (an older model HP which had to be completely taken apart just for a diagnosis. They successfully diagnosed it, but unfortunately replacement part was not available due to the computer's age. They called me back in, Waved" the diagnostic fee and gave me professional advice on a way forward, then sent me on my way. Awesome service!!
I recently built a desktop PC to replace an aging machine that I built several years ago. After getting the new PC together, I was disappointed to find that it had a problem. After unsuccessfully attempting to find and correct the issue, I realized that I needed help from a professional. My Google searches identified several computer repair shops with high ratings. I called two of them and each said that they couldn't do "that kind of work." My third call was to Z IT Solutions, which also had high ratings. The owner of this business, Harold Zegarra, said, "Yes, I'd be glad to work on it." My experience was amazing. Harold is a pleasant young man who has a neat and well-equipped shop. He told me that he would diagnose the PC problem in the next day or two and call me with his findings. Late that same afternoon, Harold called and told me that he had found a couple of wiring errors and a few other items. He asked if I would like him to repair the machine. Since his charge was reasonable, I asked him to fix it for me. Several hours later, I received a text saying that my PC was ready. Harold did an outstanding job with the repairs. I’m extremely impressed with his IT knowledge and would not hesitate to use his services again.
My MacBook Air had significant water damage. It was disappointing to get negative feedback from most of the repair shops in DC as they advised me on data retrieval. It’s only Harold who was bold enough to fix my problem. Most outstanding character traits that I really appreciated was friendliness, integrity and skills. The price was affordable as well. I would recommend him for a similar job because I have proof of his work.
Harold is great! He diagnosed the issue with my laptop very quickly (broken charging port) and was upfront about cost and time estimates. Responsive, kind, and professional. Will definitely go back for any future IT issues and would recommend his business to anyone else.
I brought my laptop to Harold at Z IT Solutions this summer when my hard drive died, and a month later after I accidentally spilled water over it and was afraid of damage. Harold responded to my requests for a quote quickly, and was both professional, realistic and reassuring in our exchanges. He went out of his way to deliver my laptop directly to my home both times, which was hugely convenient and demonstrates his commitment to excellent customer service. As far as I can tell, he's done great work both times. I'd absolutely return to him in the future should I require his services, and will be recommending him to friends and family. Thank you, Harold!
