Went in for a regular phone repair and they broke my phone and had me comeback 4 times different days just to repair my phone then when i asked for my old screen back and my money they broke my phone to where i couldn’t see the original color
I brought my iPhone 15 Pro in to fix the 120 Hz screen, and I was seriously blown away. The repair was done in just about 15 minutes — fast, smooth, and no nonsense. The guy who helped me clearly knows his stuff. $100 flat, and now my phone feels brand new. If you’re in Lakewood and need solid phone repairs without the crazy prices, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
Has fixed my phone at least a half dozen times, always quick turnaround and always does a great job! Great prices as well, highly recommend this place!
SCAMMERS! My phone broke and my screen turned black and I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. I needed the screen replaced which cost $280. This place promised a same day fix which now looking back was obviously too good to be true. Most real repair shops needed time to get the correct parts. They claimed to already have everything.
When I got the phone back, the front camera was messed up which I had to take back the next week to get fixed. A month and half later, the screen starts flickering. I waited to see if the issue would resolve itself but instead it was slowly getting worse. Now the brightness has to be all the way up or else it goes black again.
So I ended up calling 2 weeks later to ask why the screen was doing this. I asked if maybe the ribbon cables were loose but the owner LAUGHED at me and said there's no such thing as something being loose. He said the only fix is to REPLACE the screen AGAIN...but I don't have that kind of money and this was not my fault this time.
I've been extra cautious by having a screen protector and the phone in an otterbox case. It's very disappointing to realize this "repair shop" is a SCAM. They give you broken parts which breaks down past their warranty period and then they have expect you to get it replaced again. They won't actually fix your item but they'll keep themselves in business. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO
Cell&Fix @ the Lakewood mall will do an excellent job and their prices are WAY more reasonable!!!
EDIT: in response to the owner’s comment…what is checking the receipt going to do? I paid $280 for you to fix my phone with authentic parts but you scammed me by using fake parts that are now glitching. Would you like me to post the receipt so everyone could see you OVERCHARGED me and are REFUSING to provide further service? I called other repair shops and they have given estimates for $150 to replace the screen. I should have done my research and I would have realized you were scamming me for over $100. I provided a screenshot of my bank statement but crossed out personal info. Is that what you wanted me to check the receipt for?
