I just had a very disappointing experience with this company this afternoon Tuesday July 12, 2016. They had come out a couple of months ago to repair the button mechanism on our outside lift. They did a great job that day. Today not so much, I was told that the electric switch inside the mechanism was bad and it was basically our fault that it quit working correctly because of the way that we were pressing the button. He charged us full price for this repair and said that there was no warranty on any part of it. We deal with all kind of parts everyday being an automotive repair shop, and even electrical parts do come with some kind of warrant... I didn't like it but i paid them but this is one company that we will NEVER call again because of the shady way we were treated on their visit today.
