I am very disappointed with how the store owner handled my situation regarding the education discount. Before making my purchase, I specifically asked about eligibility and was given information that later turned out to be inaccurate. When I followed up to clarify, the owner was not understanding and did not take responsibility for providing incorrect information. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution, the communication felt dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of clear communication and accountability left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I do want to highlight that my experience with Isaac, the sales representative, was excellent. He was professional, welcoming, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about photography equipment. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the purchasing process pleasant. Isaac represents the level of customer service I would expect from a specialty camera store. Unfortunately, the owner’s handling of the situation overshadowed the positive in-store experience. I hope the store improves its communication, ensures accurate information is provided to customers, and approaches concerns with greater professionalism and respect.
