This store has earned my business for all my stove needs. The team was professional, caring and down right exceptional. After having calls and discussions with multiple other providers. I believe this is the best option in the Tahoe Reno Area.
Great in sales but once they make the sale, they could care less about you. I’ve spent over a month now trying to schedule a service call for my fireplace that’s been inoperable during freezing temps. After multiple unanswered messages I was finally able to reach Randy and we spoke twice over a period of two weeks. Both times I was told, “someone will call you back” and nothing but crickets. What an unfortunate experience, as I thought Randy was a nice guy during the sales process and was happy with my gas insert until now.
My experience with Randy at wood stove Distributors Incline Village was unbelievably great.professional consultation and great prices, Max did an unbelievable job at creatively installing and suggesting visual. Improvements. I personally believe this is the best business in Incline for caring and value. And by the way I never do reviews because I don't think most businesses rise to the level of Excellence that wood stove Distributors does.
