Got screen fixed at closing time on my off day phone was glitching when time for me unlocked it now after taking off charger it’s broke in the same exact way as before asked if they can fix it was told will have to pay another 90 dollars original purchase was 110 none of the things she stated occurred for my screen to go back out same way 10/10 do not recommend
Phone wasn’t working the day I left store was closed and I couldn’t return due to my work week. They refused to fix my phone after telling them the situation. I don’t recommend you come here. Go somewhere more professional or the one on airport
I am a senior citizen over 70 years old. I have no business sitting out in the sun, waiting for someone to come back and open up a business. I waited for the owner to get there. She’s a young girl that’s fine but have some manners. She never apologize for being super late and I had to leave my phone there for an hour. She said for her to put the battery and charge it up. I got over her being late and left my phone there when I returned to pick up the phone and to pay for the battery she was nowhere in sight. Only a note that says she’ll be back in 20 minutes when she took about 50 minutes a waste of my time She opened her car door. She was on the phone. She never looked at me. She just proceeded to go in her shop and and to ask for my money, but I no longer wanted it. Shop where you are appreciated I actually love a place called Vintageville. They fix phones also and that is where I plan to go.
Swung by to check out the cigars for my son in law. They have great customer service skills. The free bottle of water with the purchase of 5$ was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend. Thanks!
During today’s visit I was greeted and treated kindly. I was assisted with purchasing chargers and a screen protector. I also purchased a privacy screen protector. The two young ladies running the store Sam and Rosh were great and very helpful as well as friendly. Come see them for all of your needs phones, broken screens anything dealing with your phone.
