Prices are very fair, but most importantly, the customer service is always top notch. Knowledgeable about the product and they can source just about anything. The sales floor is set up like a neighborhood hardware store, which has saved me a trip to another store, a time or two. And sometimes there's biscuits.

I am a General Contractor named Richard Olson and have purchased a great deal of commercial supplies for my plumbers from Noland over the past year. The instruction manual for a Grundfos whole house hot water pump was missing, so we went online to get a replacement. That is when I found many other sellers selling the pump for $60 to $80 less, delivered, than the $320 charged by Noland. I contacted the Manager at Noland who told me, if I was not happy, to not to buy from them anymore. How do places like this stay in business? Plumbing supply places are a dime a dozen. I did notice that this place was always empty. Now, I know why.
