Our rep Tanner was very helpful! He brought in the samples and gave the breakdown of the costs and why. I cannot stress enough how much more informed I am now by getting his help throughout this process. The windows are going to be a huge upgrade for my house and much more enjoyable for family. Thanks to Window Nation for hiring a rep like Tanner that understands the financial costs and stress that can be present while being a home owner.

I sincerely don’t know how this company has good reviews. Our experience has been AWFUL. I implore you not to waste your time and money with this branch or company. The installers broke my huge front window TWO MONTHS AGO and I’m STILL waiting on a replacement. They also installed my sliding glass door WITHOUT THE LOCK. My brand new kitchen window has a full draft blowing from it. It’s been an absolute nightmare. Stay away from them.

Do not use Window Nation! I ordered a patio door and living room window. When the patio door arrived, it was installed. However it was the wrong color. It took 3 months for the correct one to arrive and be installed. Post install, the locking mechanism failed 3 times. I am now seeing condensation and frost on both door and window. You can feel the cold air coming in! These are only two years old! I will never buy anything from Window nation again! You have to give at least one star to post the review.
