Wind River Auto and Diesel communicated with me very well from start to finish. They got our truck's intake manifold issue fixed quickly and even fixed some other things (with my ok) they spotted before sending it out the door. The final bill was spot on with the estimate with the exception of a couple additional parts to fix those extra issues they found. Our truck has been running great and I would definitely get another vehicle worked on by them again. Highly recommend.
I found Ed and the other techs to be very honest and helpful. The options were explained and we were kept in the loop regarding the estimates. The work was done professionally and the cost was aligned to the estimate. The communication was excellent and everyone was helpful.👍
Ed and Wyatt were very helpful. They were able to complete the repair of my Ram 1500 in time to be able to make my planned elk hunting trip. I am happy with the quality of the work they petformed.
Excellent and professional services from the initial phone call to set an appointment all the way to the end as i was informed as to where my keys were when exiting the facility. A very comfortable lounge area for me to relax and read my book and a very friendly pup to chat/play with. My pups at home will be jealous but such is life. They have been doing a great job working on my diesel for years now, and will continue to be my options in the future.
BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! This is a few pics of the transmission that they replaced! I contacted the owner about my concerns considering I (just paid 10,000+) and he shot me a text back saying I was hot headed and if I contacted him again he was going to call me in for “harassment” Along with 21 quarts of tranny fluid! It only takes 4! They’ll double the price of every part you get from them! Torque converter dust plate only had 1 bolt in place. Very DECEPTIVE And I was charged for some fuel injector gaskets, that were (not replaced). My dodge runs worse than before. Women, STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS! The old man, Rick used to work on all of our stuff for years. His wife and him treated us good and did damn good work!
