There is a wide selection of beautiful furniture. Manual operated sofas, power operated sofas, manual operated loveseats, power operated loveseats, both power and manual operated recliners, regular sofas, loveseats and chairs, tables, lamps, curio cabinets, bedroom furniture, the list goes on and on. With financing available, upon request, it makes buying a breeze. The store manager, Hailey Mallea, was great to work with. She answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and a very nice person to talk to. Best of all, there were no high pressured sales person trying to sell you on anything. I plan to make this my go to furniture store. I got my husband Liberty safe, and we were having trouble opening it. Went to Wilson - Bates for help (that where we brought it)they sold us a new code panel for $200.+ and sent someone out to replace. The gentleman replacing it said he couldn't because the safe wasn't open. Took the part with him and said to call Liberty safe. I did that. I talked on the phone with someone, and they helped me troubleshoot the safe. They said they do NOT change for replacement code panel and that she would send one out FREE ASAP. She had no idea why they changed us and why they didn't leave the part with us since we paid for it. Getting a new part FREE from Liberty Safe with an email with instructions and now trying to get our money back from Wilison Bates. (Update) Got our money back and tried to show them how to troubleshoot the panel, and they weren't interested. Said they had already refunded our money. When I asked for a receipt, they said they had to cancel it 1st and then gave us one. Very disappointing.
