I had an excellent experience with Williams Carpet Care in Fayetteville, NC! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and treated my home with care and respect. My carpets look amazing, stains that I honestly thought were permanent are completely gone. Everything smells fresh, feels clean, and looks almost brand new again. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about delivering quality results. The customer service was top-notch, pricing was fair, and the overall experience was seamless. I highly recommend Williams Carpet Care to anyone in the Fayetteville area looking for reliable and high-quality carpet cleaning. Definitely a 5-star service!

I want to ask Williams Carpet Cleaning to please forgive me for taking this long to give them a great review on Gerardo Velasquez. I hired Williams Carpet Cleaning to come to my home back on December 18 or 19 of 2025. Once Geraldo arrived he was very punctual, took attention to detail and he also went above and beyond to clean my carpet. I had to take a trip to pick up my son from the Naval base and once we arrived back home our carpet was clean and dry. We were very well pleased with Williams Carpet Cleaning. I will keep them to refer to my friends and family as well as to use them in the future. One more last detail they were very inexpensive compared to some places that do not clean as great of a job as they do!!

Used them a couple years ago and was happy, this time around was a bit of a miss. Scheduled between 12-4, with no call or notice until 3:45 that they’re 10 mins out. I would have appreciated more communication and professionalism, as I had to take off work for this, and it started to eat into my evening. Quality of work is good and no complaints there, only took them 45mins to repair my carpet problem. May be a bit pricey with their services being sub-contracted.
