These guys are the best, I mostly get John, his customer service is out of this world literally!! Helps me load and unload due to my disabilities, reasonable prices, great advice, they have fixed my steam cleaning mashines bissels, my vacuums, hoover, bissel, shark, and sold me some refurbished in the past.... I vacuum a lot and these newer light pieces Of junk, break the minute u turn them on, he will always let u know if it will last or keep breaking, truly the most honest and best business in Pittsburgh by far....
