After several months of misunderstanding and miscommunication we received a clear diagnosis of our problem and West River went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They fixed what they could for free and called multiple times to apologize for the poor communication. At the end of it all my bathroom light is working, we know what we are up against for the rest of the electrical issues we have and we are pleased with the service we had. Best wishes to this company.
This company is TOP Notch! Owner and staff very knowledgeable. Shows up when they say they will. Super friendly ,caring, and very respectful of customers concerns. I would recommend West River Electric to anyone looking for a Top Notch Electrician, for repairs or new installation. You won't regret it!!!!!!
Sutton and Sam were both courteous and professional. Our old house posed some challenges but they were able to deal with it in one visit. (And they were very tolerant of our dogs.) We would recommend them to anyone who might need their services.
They came to fix my garage on October 13 due to broken spring/out of track. They put in the wrong spring, and on November 29th, right at the start of the snow storm, the wire snapped. I had to pay an emergency call to another company to come out and get it fixed. Company that showed us showed us they used a $50 Menards spring that was never rated for my garage door. Will never be using this company again.
Awesome!! Nice, friendly, great service. They replaced a breaker in my circuit box and fixed my garage door. They were quick and did a great job! Highly recommended!!
