After several months of misunderstanding and miscommunication we received a clear diagnosis of our problem and West River went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They fixed what they could for free and called multiple times to apologize for the poor communication. At the end of it all my bathroom light is working, we know what we are up against for the rest of the electrical issues we have and we are pleased with the service we had. Best wishes to this company.
