Just called on 5/23/19 to inquire about remodeling services ( full renovation) for my mother-in-law. The OWNER Bruce Wentworth returned my phone call promptly, on this morning only to state that “we don’t work with investors”Sorry I’m not nor is my mother in law an investor! First he stated we don’t work with those people! ( Investors) Then secondly, he stated after I said we’re not investors, it’s her property! “Well We ONLY do projects of 300k & up”! I then said well that what we estimated/ budgeted to spend doing a full gut/ renovation 250k-300k! But if you only work for 300k & Up why is it on your website you have a select your budget opt... Our experience with Wentworth was top-notch every step of the way! From the beginning, they were so thoughtful and detailed in addressing every one of our renovation wants & needs, and brought fresh ideas to make it special. Once the work began, our lead carpenters showed up every single day on time, were very respectful of our space, and left a clean site. Wentworth completed a comprehensive kitchen remodel (including wall take down) and sunroom renovation from April-August 2019 in my DC home. Design, craftsmanship, and finished rooms are all outstanding. Have recommended Wentworth to my neighbors!
