Weir's Photo

I was trying to shop locally but after this interaction, I will not be going back to Weir's. Their prices are high and they can't guarantee quality! I uploaded pictures to Weir's webpage and submitted them online to pick up in store. When I picked them up the pictures were not cropped the way I submitted them. I spent a significant amount of time cropping them online. When I called to ask about it, I got the rudest person! It was a man, he did not mention his name. He asked how I uploaded them, from my phone or computer, I told him from the computer. He then said he didn't know what happened. He can't help me because I did it online and they don't know what went wrong and said it wasn't their fault and it wasn't my fault either. That it was the third party webpages fault. He said this in the ugliest tone that I would have to come back in and print them and pay for them again because it's not their fault. Horrible service and terrible quality. Merry Christmas and remember do not shop at Weir's unless you want terrible pictures and horrible customer service!
