Updated Review: After Jacob and his crew added a stain a sealer to our porch floor (keep in mind it was in July in Florida with really hot temperatures), the sealer, which ended up being an acrylic paint, started to bubble. We knew it wasn’t Jacob’s fault as he was told by the person he bought the stain from that it should be fine as a sealer. We called Jacob to see if there was anything he could do to fix this. He scheduled a day for his crew to come back to grind off all of the acrylic stain (paint) from the concrete. This took an entire day. They meticulously ground out the entire floor to be level and have a good appearance (it looked like terrazzo). Jacob asked if we would like him to seal it the way he normally does with an actual breathable clear sealer and we said yes. He and his crew spent another day and an half adding the clear sealer and added a non-slip surface. The result was so much more beautiful than we could have imagined. We have been enjoying our new porch for almost 8 months now and we are still in awe of how beautiful it looks. If you are not sure about getting your concrete floor surface removed to create a terrazzo look with clear sealer, this may be the review you needed to see to know you will definitely love the finished results that will only need touch up sealer after about 5 years or so, depending on wear. I updated some of the pictures to show the results. Thank you again to Jacob and his crew for making a lasting impression and very happy customers. Original Review: Jacob and his crew met our tight timeline to refinish our porch floor which had layers of peeling coatings that needed to be removed. They got almost all of the removal and grinding done in one day. They returned to finish final grinding and sanding to make sure the whole floor was smooth. They added a full coverage concrete stain and a sealer. We are so happy with how it looks and that they made sure we were happy with the results. Thank you Jacob and team for your skill and craftsmanship.
