Don’t go here, they practice deceptive business practices. I walked into to fix my front camera on my iPhone. Already had a diagnostic completed for free by apple and was just looking for cheaper repair services. The the person who serviced me hardly spoke English. Which wasn’t a problem initially but after a brief explanation and agreement that they would charge me 55 dollars for a simple screen replacement and 125 for a full camera placement, he stated that if I didn’t like the fix original fix I wouldn’t have to pay. he later tried to used the language barrier as a reason for charging me 55 for a diagnostic. Nothing was replaced or repaired and when I tried to get my phone back, he refused to give me my case until I paid. He argued that he informed me of the diagnostic repair on camera. After going to the back for a while, he came out with an edited clip of our conversation, where the word diagnostic is thrown in using a.i but refused to play or show the full video so the full context of the conversation could be seen or heard. He also had several clips up of the same video and when I called him out about editing it and using a.i.. he said that he couldn’t add the full clip because the video camera only recorded in segments. The police were called because I refused to leave with out my property and a woman eventually came who was his wife and said I don’t have to pay anymore.. this was only after I told them I would be filing a complaint and escalating. Again. Do not go here. In the photo below you can see that my phone case was not on the counter, after the police arrived (2 hours later) they placed it on the left near the sign . Stating it was there the whole time and I could have left at anytime. Its not and was not and I requested it numerous times. These guys are scammers
