The front desk lady is really unpleasant to work with. I tried to discus my invoice and was shut down and not returned a call for months they just resent an invoice in the mail found when I returned from vacation. The invoice discrepancy is that I was charged for service and the property damage of stepping through my ceiling… why would someone be charged for a mistake they did ? I am glad the electrician is safe and unharmed but the non empathetic clerk insists that this is normal practice and the price remains… no management will call no owner will call - we went in person the not friendly same clerk “Hallie” tells us at the locked door that they will not allow discussing invoices and basically to leave.. returned phone calls to address the bill had to wait of course for a call back- weighing my options my attorney suggested this route and turning in the remainder to insurance’s because he and several insurance companies find them liable- hope at least good wins at the end of this with a new ceiling because this is hard to fix with no seams and all of this mistreatment I deserve some good karma… Hallie not so much … 😟

Fernando with Weber was amazing and saved my Halloween! My exterior lights stopped working randomly a few days ago and when I called first thing this morning their first appointment was 11/1. I asked in the off chance they could fit me in sooner I would really appreciate it and they advised they would if possible. Well Fernando had a prior job end early so they fit me in the SAME day!! Now my lights work so the trick or treaters know I’m handing out candy. Fernando was incredibly professional and assured me within moments of arriving everything would be working before he left and he delivered as promised! Fantastic service and will call them again if I am in need of electrical work in the future.
