I had them come out for an insurance claim last week sent by my moving company and honestly they were great and who ever came to inspect things was very friendly and they gave me very fair compensation. I’m unsure if negative reviews were from old management but I’m very happy with them now.
Weathersby was hired to evaluate damaged goods by my moving company. The report included flat out lies, and impossible things such as determining that a safe's locking mechanism was totally undamaged without even opening the safe. If these people are coming to inspect, beware. They will act like they are on your side but that are absolutely doing everything they can to deny claims.
Problem is in the process of being resolved with the company.
It would be awesome if they actually showed up for the appointment they confirmed! I took the day off and moved an important appointment that I had scheduled for over a month so they could “squeeze me in...” then they never showed up! Thanks for wasting my time!!!
