I wish Dave worked for every service company I ever needed to do business with! He's amazingly helpful and responsive, even years after the sale helping me out anytime. He even remembers the details of my installation, just after I tell him my name! I'm happy to add another five star review to this amazing company!

My water softener quit working so the company that sold me my unit recommended water protection one for the repair. Ethan showed up at the appointed time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to find the problem right away. He also fixed the drain part so it wasn’t splashing around. He was very knowledgeable of the system and answered any of my questions. The repair was very reasonable. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

We’ve had their water systems for years now. We just upgraded to a newer system with them. They have always been great to work with and our water tastes so much better. Ethan has been our technician the last couple of times and he has been knowledgeable and professional.

Dave was nice and patient answering my questions over the phone. When Ethan came out, he did a great job installing my water softener and reverse osmosis filter under the sink. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to give me instructions on how to care for everything. They saved me $2,000 compared to what the Black Diamond salesman quoted for the same product. Will do business again! 2/6/25 update: I had my reverse osmosis filters replaced and another great experience.
