Water Damage Restoration Service

My sprinkler pipes froze and broke in Feb. and Rolyn was the company hired by my condo assoc. to repair all of the damages. Today is July 24th and they just finally finished "Shampooing" my carpets. they did a fine job repairing the dry walls but, did a half-assed job everywhere else. there is puddy coming out of the seam of the crown molding and they painted over it. there are paint drips in the wall. they plastered over the edges of one of the light switches to the point where i couldn't put the faceplate back on. I was originally told they were gonna clean the carpet in my room the hallway and the stairs where they lugged all the heavy drying machinery. and they only shampooed my room. I had to call them several times just to get them to do that.

The other negative reviews here are spot on, and the good reviews were probably written by employees of this company. Their work is sloppy and careless, they don't follow simple instructions, and they charge top dollar. If you're ever unfortunate enough to use this company's services, take a close look at your invoice, you will see ridiculous charges like depreciation on hand tools (hammers, etc.). The crew was at least an hour late to the job every day. If you want to make it "like it never even happened," call someone other than Rolyn.
